How Did I Lose Weight #2

Okay, so if you followed last week steps, you're ready for the next level.

Now, you know what foods might bloat you so, avoid eat them more than once or twice a week if you can't take them out of your life, For example, I'm lactose intolerant,so I shouldn't be eating dairy but I can't resist cheese so i try to only eat it once a weak.

If you did drink the amount of water you should, you might have notice your body is working differently, you go to the toilet more often, your digestion improved and you feel lighter.

If you kept record of the calories and times you were eating, you probably notice you were eating/snacking too much on random hours or eating too much quantity of high calorie foods.

After this week, you should have a list of your top 10 foods you cannot live without. I asked this cause a diet shouldn't mean you cannot eat what you want, but that you have to control the amounts and fit these guilty pleasures into a balance diet.

On diets, discipline and commitment are the key, for example, if someone says you cannot have chocolate in order to lose weight it only makes you crave it even more and you probably end up eating 5 chocolates on your cheat day. Instead, I eat what I want, I can have a KitKat/ Kinder Bueno or whatever, but I know i'll have to workout to lose those calories and also, eat them on a day that i eat less calories so the diet's still balanced.

Week 2 advices/steps:

1. Every morning, on an empty stomach drink a glass of water with 1/2 lemon juice, wait 10min, then have an espresso (if you do drink coffee), pour yourself a cup of Green tea or Ginger and Lemon tea (if you don't like any of these choose your favourite tea or drink a mug of americano/ filter coffee). This step is making you drink a lot of fluids and give your digestive sytem a great kick-start.

2. Breakfast is the most important meal, take your time having it, chew everything very well and never skip it! If ypou wake up at 3 pm, have breakfast instead of lunch, you can have lunch at dinner time. This step is boosting your immune and digestive system.

3. Yoga and Pilates are great to improve your body functions and also exercises the mind so try some 10 min yoga sessions in the morning after eating your delicious breakfast.

4. Change your meals frequently, be creative instead of boring. That way, you get more interested in eating and diverse. Also, the instagram recipe profile is coming tomorrow so you can get some delicious inspiration.

5. Last but very important, exercise at least 3 times a week an average of 45min workout, so your body keeps active and not lazy.
