You love ice cream but you're struggling with weight? You force yourself to eat fruits? Are you craving for something sweet, refreshing and full of flavour? So this is the post for you! I'm presenting you guys 3 different smoothies bowls I've created that are to die for!

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 cup of frozen mangos

1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup papaya chunks

1 tsp 0% Fat and no additional sugars natural yogurt (optional)

1 splash of coconut or almond milk (optional)

*If you buy those frozen mixed tropical fruit bags you can use 2 and 1/2 cups of that, with the banana and the optional yogurt and milk.

Now comes the easy and convenient part: you just blend everything together until smooth, pour it on a bowl and have fun decorating with your favourite toppings!!

My topping suggestion for this one:

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1/2 cup of a banana (chopped)

1/4 cups of crunchy muesli or Swiss muesli

Mango, Banana and Chocolate Bowl

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups of frozen bananas

1 cup of frozen mangos

2 tsp 0% Fat and no additional sugars natural yogurt

1 splash of coconut or almond milk (optional)

Blend, blend, blend!! Get a bowl and add 1/2 cup of chocolate granola and the other 1/2 of the banana.
